Hiiyyyyaa Hoooommanns

Teddy here.  I have been having a quiet time of late,  still doing my sessions of disabled drivers on Fridays.  I have some new drivers who are very kind to me,  and say the most lovely words to me.. I have to get Duchess to translate for me.

We had an exciting time a few weeks ago. I was taken up to the Grove Museum in Ramsey to give carriage drives around the house through the courtyard and into a large field.  we had a variety of young and old , who were delighted to see me and the carriage.  Trouble was that it was so hot,  but Duchess made sure I was washed down with cold water to cool me off and make me comfortable. At lunch time my harness was taken off and I was allowed to eat the grass and hay,  before commencing work again.  It was a long day,  but enjoyable seeing smiling faces.

When we got home I had a wash down, a lovely meal with carrot and apple.  Duchess took me down to my field, where I neighed to my fellow equines before Duchess took my halter off , gave me a pat  and a “well done” my boy, before I walked off and had a good roll.

Well that is my update folks.  Will get Duchess to do another blog from me to you soon.
